I’ve always been someone who values fair, thorough communication. Even as a kid playing board games with family, I was laser-focused on making sure the rules were clearly stated, understood, and followed by everyone. It wasn’t about control—it was about alignment. That same instinct evolved into a lifelong passion for creating clarity through messaging.
Before launching AICACF, I worked as a laborer and landscaper in trade and construction-related roles. Later, I stepped into marketing roles for mid-sized companies in those same industries—seeing firsthand how many small businesses struggled to translate their day-to-day passion into messages that connect, convert, and build trust.
I believe that communication doesn’t have to be perfect—but it does need a professional, adaptive lens. Feedback loops, clarity in delivery, and mutual understanding are what allow businesses (and people) to pivot quickly, make high-stakes decisions, and build lasting trust.
